Hi there! My name is Alyssa. I'm a UX/UI designer and researcher with a passion for creating meaningful, accessible, and inclusive experiences. I am currently enrolled in a M.S. Program at the University of Michigan - Dearborn for User Experience Design.

My Story
With a background in neuroscience, marketing, and design, I have learned a lot about what goes into creating impactful and accessible user experiences. My roles as a paid media coordinator and working with the UX team at Career Now Brands have allowed me to bridge analytical thinking with creativity. My experience as a guest service supervisor in the hospitality industry taught me the importance of empathy and problem-solving in meeting people’s needs. My journey has been shaped by other creative pursuits, from working as a professional wedding photographer to crafting digital designs that tell a story.

Inclusivity is at the heart of everything I create, and I’m driven by the belief that great design is for everyone.
My history in neuroscience and my love for art fuel my curiosity about how people think and interact with the world around them. I’m dedicated to designing for people — making products functional, delightful, and accessible to all.
When I’m not designing, you can find me curled up with a good book, surrounded by my two dogs and cat, who are always ready to keep me company.
